Role Description Work directly with the CEO and the executive team to manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel. - Support executive communication by drafting, organizing, and prioritizing internal and external correspondence. - Create systems, processes, and efficiency “hacks” to streamline administrative and operational tasks for leadership. - Plan and coordinate weekly leadership meetings, ensuring agendas, materials, and follow-ups are executed flawlessly. - Help plan and execute company and leadership events, including offsites, retreats, and internal gatherings. - Organize company events, offsites, and conferences from end to end. - Support quarterly leadership meetings and Board of Directors meetings, including logistics, materials, and follow-up tracking. - Serve as a key liaison for investor communications, coordinating updates, managing distribution of materials, and ensuring timely, accurate correspondence between executives and investors. - Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and ensure executives and leadership are always set up for success. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in an executive assistant, senior administrative, or similar high-level support role. - Strong ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively across teams. - Proficiency with Mac and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail). - Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. - Strong attention to detail and high standards for execution. - Resourceful troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Requirements - Experience supporting C-level executives in a high-growth or startup environment. - Exposure to grocery, retail, marketplace, or consumer tech industries. - Experience planning company events, leadership offsites, or board-level meetings. - Familiarity with tools for productivity, scheduling, or workflow automation.
