Role Description This is a high-impact, Director-level individual contributor role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment and wants to help build a best-in-class legal function aligned to a high-velocity go-to-market engine. Qualifications - JD and active bar membership in at least one U.S. state. - 8–12+ years of experience in commercial transactions, including meaningful in-house experience at a SaaS or technology company. - Strong experience negotiating complex enterprise SaaS agreements with large customers. - Demonstrated ability to operate independently and exercise sound legal and business judgment in high-stakes situations. - Experience mentoring or leading other attorneys, formally or informally. - Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively to business stakeholders. - Comfort operating in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
