Senior Software Engineer, Frontend – Quick Service

• Be one of the primary contributors to @owner/ui, our shared component library used across mobile, web, POS, guest app, and white-label apps, helping make the "right way" the easiest way for product teams across Owner. • Drive the cross-platform UI strategy on the Point of Sale (Quick Service) team, building components once that work everywhere using React Native + React Native Web • Work alongside engineers across the organization to shape component patterns, design primitives, and standards in @owner/ui that scale across teams. • Lead active build-out of UI features and components for the Quick Service POS — this is a high-execution, high-impact phase of the product • Reduce UX drift and maintenance overhead by establishing shared patterns that make onboarding faster and feature development more consistent

  • Deep experience in UI systems and design systems — you've built or maintained shared component libraries used at scale
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript
  • Full-stack engineering ability — comfortable shipping features across frontend and backend
  • Experience with React Native and/or React Native Web (cross-platform UI is a core part of this work)
  • Background in frontend modernization, web platform, or UX/UI engineering — titles like UI Engineer, UX Engineer, Frontend Platform, or Web Platform resonate with you
  • A bias toward building: this team is in a high-execution phase and we need someone who ships
  • Ability to work collaboratively across product, design, and engineering to drive alignment on patterns and standards

Benefits

  • comprehensive health coverage
  • work from anywhere (remote-first workplace)
  • unlimited PTO
  • extra fun perks!
