Program Manager I, Health Access & Engagement

NMDP

Role Description The Access & Engagement Program Manager I will play a critical role in advancing the mission and vision of NMDP by strengthening the organization’s capacity to address barriers to care and improve access and outcomes across all aspects of operations. This position blends strategic consultation, capacity building, and innovation to support teams in aligning programs, policies, and decision-making with access and engagement best practices. The Program Manager will develop educational tools, provide expert guidance, and lead audits to identify systemic barriers and factors contributing to variations in access and outcomes. This role will drive enterprise-wide improvements that enhance equitable access to services and reduce disparities in outcomes in cell and gene therapy. Qualifications - Knowledge of inclusive health access frameworks, strategic planning and systems improvement methodologies - Methods for program evaluation, auditing, and patient-centered design - Social and environmental factors influencing outcomes and effective engagement strategies - Virtual communications (Web Ex and Telepresence) - Microsoft business suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook Requirements - Apply effective organizational and time management skills to manage projects effectively - Engage respectfully and effectively with stakeholders of all backgrounds - Build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders from different sectors and disciplines - Influence cross-functional teams without direct authority - Conduct qualitative data study design and analysis - Lead strategy development and implementation - Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to articulate complex and charged issues clearly - Self-motivate and thrive independently as well as in a highly collaborative environment - Work in an environment where confidentiality is maintained - Commit to travel as necessary, 2-5 trips per year Education and/or Experience - Master’s degree in public health, health policy, social work or related field - Two years of experience in coordinating or managing projects - Experience engaging with diverse communities and organizations to improve health outcomes Preferred Qualifications - Experience in analyzing variations in health access or outcomes and developing responsive programs - Experience with transplantation, cell and gene therapy or related field Benefits - Medical, dental, vision, life and disability benefits - Accident/critical illness/hospital benefits - Well-being, legal, identity theft and pet benefits - Retirement plans - Paid time off/holidays - Leave and incentive plans for eligible employees

Title: Senior Program Manager- Midwest Location: Cincinnati United States Job Description: Job Summary The Senior Program Manager will play a key part on program teams to support the planning and delivery of complex projects and programs within the water and wastewater industry that require extensive planning and execution due to larger project sizes, and complexities. This person will support Programs in the Midwest. The role will involve leading assignments and daily operations contributing to the execution of the programs, ensuring the program goals and benefits are achieved and driving continuous program improvements. The role will support key delivery activities in the areas of program management and delivery, program administration, monitoring and controlling performance, program controls, and benefits management. Additionally, the role will be involved in supporting activities to manage the program governance, risk management, and stakeholder management.
