Role Description The Senior Strategic Business Operations Leader is a strategic and visionary individual contributor responsible for shaping and driving large-scale business transformation initiatives. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience). - 7+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, or program management, with a proven track record of leading complex, high-impact initiatives. - Extensive experience with business intelligence, data analytics, and performance measurement tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). - Demonstrated thought leadership, with experience developing and executing company-wide strategies. - Strong executive presence, with the ability to engage, influence, and present to senior leadership and external stakeholders. - Exceptional ability to work autonomously, defining methodologies and driving large-scale initiatives with minimal oversight. - Strong mentorship and leadership skills, with a passion for coaching and developing others. - Experience navigating ambiguity and making high-level strategic decisions in complex, fast-paced environments.
