Role Description The Access & Engagement Program Manager I will play a critical role in advancing the mission and vision of NMDP by strengthening the organization’s capacity to address barriers to care and improve access and outcomes across all aspects of operations. This position blends strategic consultation, capacity building, and innovation to support teams in aligning programs, policies, and decision-making with access and engagement best practices. The Program Manager will develop educational tools, provide expert guidance, and lead audits to identify systemic barriers and factors contributing to variations in access and outcomes. This role will drive enterprise-wide improvements that enhance equitable access to services and reduce disparities in outcomes in cell and gene therapy. • Analyze and re-engineer reporting processes - define what is required, remove duplicates, reduce manual effort, and improve reliability. • Define internal ops reports and control dashboards for key processes - throughput, SLA, backlog, exceptions, losses, controls. • Own audit and regulatory readiness - metric definitions, traceability, completeness and timeliness controls, evidence expectations, change governance. • Maintain reporting artifacts - metric definitions, report specifications, data mappings where applicable, lineage or traceability notes, acceptance criteria, and test cases for critical reports. • Support UAT and go-live for critical reporting - demos, training, defect triage support, and coordination. • Work with Data Analyst and data platform teams to translate needs into datasets and dashboards; align stakeholders on definitions. • Own Reporting & Audit as a product - scope, priorities, and outcomes, roadmap shaping and prioritization.

• Provides overarching leadership and guidance on related large programs and projects • Sources project managers and scrum masters and provides oversight and remediation to troubled projects • Delivers, measures, and manages project performance in addition to providing input and collaboration on interdependencies within the projects and other programs • Plans, controls, and manages the delivery of multiple large, complex enterprise IT programs to meet the agreed business needs • Manages multiple project scopes and successful execution within technical, schedule, cost, and quality commitments • Coordinates program management reviews, preparing and publishing program management metrics and reports • Provides periodic project updates (Program Status Report) of current situation relating to milestones and problem/high risk areas • Shares knowledge and develops team capabilities to strengthen understanding of IT and enterprise industry and business issues and best practices • Communicates regularly with functional and IT leaders to ensure enterprise alignment and support
