Position Summary The Data Coordinator I plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timely processing of client and third-party data to support our services. This role requires a high degree of analytical skill, problem-solving ability, outstanding communication skills, and independent judgment in coordinating data flows, resolving discrepancies, and supporting cross-functional teams. Over time, the Data Coordinator I develops expertise in healthcare data processes, Salesforce, data manipulation tools, and project management. Key Responsibilities - Facilitate onboarding of data for Truveris products and maintain and monitor client data feeds. - Analyze system results, resolve data conflicts, and evaluate content within data files. - Ensure that data files from third parties and internal groups contain all information necessary to perform our services and communicate missing data and issues to PBM partners. - Assist in new client setup, configure SFTP connectivity, and verify standardized data formats. - Manage files on SFTP and cloud shared drives. - Manage a personal daily work queue using Salesforce reports, balancing multiple requests from clients and internal teams simultaneously. - Request, track, and ensure receipt of data from third parties; document data flow in Salesforce and communicate task status clearly to cross-functional partners. - Identify and resolve issues and exceptions, escalating as appropriate. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization to support business objectives. - Assign tasks to contractors and monitor progress through completion to ensure alignment with project timelines. - Contribute to quality control efforts and identify process improvements. - Drive operational efficiency by optimizing workflows, with the successful delivery of company services relying on the timely and effective completion of these tasks. - Develop expertise in healthcare data processes, data manipulation tools, Salesforce, and project management over time. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree required. - 1–2 years of experience in a coordinator or administrative role, with experience handling files, folders, and projects from start to finish. - Strong interpersonal skills with effective written and verbal communication. - Basic working knowledge of Excel and comfort with personal computers; ability to learn new software tools quickly. - Analytical mindset with attention to detail. - Strong organizational skills and experience in process documentation. Base Salary Range: $50,000 annually An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. • Own the roadmaps for the data science and research and development (R&D) subdomains of DnA • Partner with key stakeholders in compliance, data, engineering, insurance, revenue and security to translate business needs into data science and R&D priorities • Clearly communicate strategy, progress, risks and recommendations to executive audiences, technical teams and non-technical stakeholders • Guide data science and R&D subdomains through complex tradeoffs involving business impact, explainability, regulatory considerations, rigor, scalability and speed • Champion a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement and intellectual curiosity while ensuring the team remains focused on enterprise priorities rather than isolated technical outputs • Serve as a senior-level people leader within DnA; responsible for career development, performance expectations and succession plans that support sustainable growth • Evaluate and improve the tools, processes, metrics and partnerships needed to scale data science and R&D capabilities efficiently across Coterie

• Design and implement data science, ML, and AI solutions to support strategic decision-making • Conduct deep-dive ad hoc analyses—both quantitative and qualitative—to inform business hypotheses and guide improvements • Contribute to cross-functional projects involving data science, ML, and AI engineering use cases • Develop knowledge bases from structured and unstructured data sources to support RAG systems and AI agents • Build data applications using frameworks like Streamlit to provide internal stakeholders access to intelligent AI capabilities • Help develop and refine processes to ensure business solutions align with strategic goals • Partner with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and recommendations • Continuously improve existing processes and identify opportunities for efficiency gains

• Lead the data science team to work on small-to-medium scale, high-impact R&D projects • Coach and develop your team through regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career conversations • Foster a culture of responsible AI, innovation, and technical excellence • Work closely with PM, UX, D&R, Security, and Engineering to contribute to product strategy • Collaborate with peer teams to define Expel's generative AI and LLM strategy • Engage in resource planning, technical decision making, and budget management • Define clear, measurable milestones for research initiatives • Contribute to and maintain responsible AI practices • Partner with Marketing to develop blogs, papers, and talks
