• Support the Administrative Office of Courts on the Case Management Project. • Manage vendor execution against contract scope, schedule, deliverables, and quality expectations. • Serve as the primary liaison between the Administrative Office of Courts and the vendor. • Oversee the data migration effort from the legacy system to Microsoft Dynamics. • Maintain a structured cadence for status reporting, action tracking, and escalation. • Identify performance risks and drive corrective actions with the vendor. • Produce weekly status reports and executive summaries for stakeholders. • Facilitate meetings with mixed business and technical stakeholders. • Track and manage project actions and decisions throughout the project lifecycle. • Coordinate pre-kickoff activities and ensure readiness for project launch.

SkyePoint Decisions is seeking a Project Manager to join our team supporting the Department of Education’s (DoED) Federal Student Aid (FSA) Cybersecurity and Privacy Support Services (CPSS) in Washington, DC. This position is remote. - Manages, coordinates, and establishes priorities for complete life cycle of Information Technology projects including planning, design, programming, testing, and implementation of solutions. - Determines project needs and acquires resources required for project success. - Designs project plans identifying needs and defining major tasks and milestones based on scope, resources, budget, and personnel. - Utilizes Agile methodologies to initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and close projects. - Defines project scope and schedule, breaking large projects down into manageable sequences. - Manages day-to-day execution of technical projects across SOC, CDM, CI/CD, and engineering teams. - Leads Agile methodology, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stakeholder demos. - Tracks milestones, risks, and deliverables across engineering and operations teams. - Coordinates with FSA stakeholders to align technical execution with business goals and compliance requirements. Qualifications - Experience with planning, management, leadership, coordination, budgeting, customer contact, and execution of large-scale and complex projects. - Supervision of substantial Information Technology operations, including user systems, integration, deployment, and training activities. - 7+ years of experience in supporting Information Technology as a Project Manager. - Strong technical understanding of Information Technology, Identity and Access Management, and AWS GovCloud systems and services. - Project management proficiency with knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques required to implement ITIL Foundation services. - Project Management (PMP) certification is mandatory. - Experience managing agile development teams and understanding impacts of enhancements, defects, or requests on application architecture. - Required to have and maintain a Non-Sensitive / High Risk (Public Trust) security clearance (Tier 4/6c). - Expert knowledge of recent technological advances in computer science and engineering. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior Government officials. - Ability to interact and communicate with key managers and functional experts. - Demonstrated experience in executing, monitoring, and managing projects to successful, high-quality, and on-budget completion. - Experience with cyber security environments including CDM, SOC, DevSecOps, vulnerability management, and cloud-native tools. - Must be a U.S. citizen. - Must be able to obtain a Public Trust. Role Description We're looking for an experienced Project Manager who can hit the ground running on $1M+ commercial millwork projects. You'll own three to five projects at a time, from kickoff through final installation including managing schedules, budgets, change orders, client relationships, and shop floor coordination. This isn't a role for someone who needs a lot of handholding. We move fast, projects have real complexity, and we expect our PMs to bring their own judgment from day one.
