• Routine and Productivity Management: You will be responsible for organizing and planning your prospecting, qualification, and follow-up activities in HubSpot, keeping the CRM up to date and maintaining the discipline required for remote work. • Active Prospecting: Maintain a consistent volume of activities, with a predominance of calls, complemented by emails and WhatsApp. • Consultative, Personalized Approach: Build "rapport" with contacts, creating human connections that facilitate conversation and help overcome resistance. • Objection Handling: Manage common objections, such as "I already have a supplier" or "long-term contracts," using strong arguments about Flash's differentiators and the value of the solution. • Opportunity Prioritization: Prioritize higher-potential leads, focusing on the early hours of the day for high-impact contacts and ensuring effective cold prospecting.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in active (OUTBOUND) prospecting, with background in pre-sales focused on acquiring new leads from scratch and opening new markets.
  • Experience making cold calls and handling a high volume of daily activities, using the phone as the primary communication channel.
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills, with the ability to plan and structure your work routine independently and efficiently.
