• Develop and execute content that supports marketing strategy, demand generation programs, brand awareness, and integrated campaigns. • Create high‑quality content across formats including blogs, white papers, case studies, info briefs, sales‑enablement materials, and internal communications. • Write copy for digital channels including social media, corporate webpages and conference landing pages. • Develop derivative assets from core content pieces to maximize reuse and go-to-market impact. • Translate complex life sciences concepts into clear, compelling narratives tailored to biopharmaceutical, reproductive medicine, and animal health audiences. • Interview subject matter experts and convert technical insights into audience‑appropriate content. • Optimize content for SEO by applying keyword strategies and best practices to increase organic visibility and inbound traffic. • Measure content performance using analytics; make recommendations to improve engagement, reach, and conversion. • Ensure brand voice, tone, and messaging consistency across all touchpoints and content outputs. • Manage and maintain the approved marketing copy library for use across internal teams and digital channels. • Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure content alignment and accuracy. • Support development of scripts for videos, webinars, and event presentations. • Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines. • Identify content gaps proactively and recommend new assets that improve customer journey effectiveness.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, or technical writing (life sciences industry experience required)
  • Proven portfolio demonstrating strong content assets for life sciences
  • Experience supporting marketing programs including demand generation, digital marketing, social media, and SEO.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS), marketing automation platforms, and SEO tools preferred.

This is a fully remote, individual contributor role sitting within the Content Marketing team. You'll report to the Director of Content and work day-to-day alongside a Senior Content Marketing Manager who owns strategy and planning for the creator content program. Your job is execution—running a content program that's already well-built, with clear processes, playbooks, and workflows in place. We write for marketers. That means the bar for clarity, relevance, and voice is high—our audience can tell the difference between content that was produced and content that was crafted. What You'll Do: - Own end-to-end execution of content for our creator and influencer marketing audiences—brands who partner with creators, and creators themselves as a business audience. Content Production & Management - Execute content briefs and SEO/AIO briefs, fielding assignments to a roster of freelance writers and managing those relationships. - Own the content lifecycle from ideation and planning through briefing, editorial review, publication, and optimization. - Conduct SEO and AIO keyword research in Semrush to inform content priorities. - Interview internal/external subject matter experts and translate their expertise into stories that are useful, clear, and worth reading. - Write and produce across formats: long-form blog posts, case studies, demand-gen assets (ebooks, templates, worksheets), and creator profile stories. - Take complex business topics and find the narrative thread that makes them matter to a marketing audience. Reporting & Optimization - Track content performance and contribute to quarterly business review (QBR) reporting. - Use performance data to identify optimization opportunities across published content. - Connect content activity to pipeline metrics alongside the broader GTM team. Qualifications - 3–5 years of content marketing experience, with a focus on long-form content. - Genuine storytelling ability. - Hands-on experience with SEO (keyword research, content briefs, on-page optimization). - Experience writing or managing case studies and demand-gen content formats. - Strong editorial instincts. - Comfortable working async across time zones.
