• As Head of Legal, you will be responsible for leading and structuring all legal areas of the company, ensuring security and agility in our processes. • Contracts: Management and review of commercial agreements and partnerships. • Corporate: Support in governance and corporate matters. • Litigation: Management of legal proceedings and preventive strategies. • Compliance: Ensure legal and ethical compliance across all operations.

• Handle all phases of asbestos-related litigation • Conduct depositions • Draft briefs • Participate in court appearances • Collaborate with attorneys in the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit

• Lead Litigation End-to-End: Manage cases from intake through trial, including strategy development, discovery, depositions, and settlement negotiations • Advocate in Court: Represent clients in hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations with confidence and precision • Client Strategy & Guidance: Advise clients on legal options and develop winning strategies tailored to their cases • Draft & Argue: Prepare persuasive pleadings, motions, and discovery documents • Trial Preparation: Work closely with paralegals and staff on exhibits, witnesses, and trial strategy • Case Evaluation: Analyze liability, damages, and risk to guide case direction • Client Communication: Maintain strong, consistent communication and deliver a high-touch client experience

• Providing legal support on a wide range of corporate, governance and securities matters • Securities law compliance (such as Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, rules check and compliance) • Section 16 filings (Forms 3 and 4) • Compliance with public company reporting and disclosure obligations (NYSE compliance; share ledger management; etc.) • Treasury matters • Subsidiary management • Support various aspects of the Corporate Secretary function • Support know-your-customer compliance processes • Transactional support, including capital markets transactions, M&A transactions, and venture investments
