Role Description Run the Allied LMP lead program and the Spectrum lead Program. Assist in Consumer Sales Department including: - Sales Support Desk - Monthly Commission Process - International Coordination - Various other duties Essential Functions and Duties: - Forward potential customer leads and provide company and service information to create appointments for local market sales staff. - Follow-up with customers as a dedicated service representative throughout their move to ensure a good experience. - Work closely with Alaska staff. - Assist with managing Sales Leads Desk. Qualifications - Computer skills including Windows, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Google, Mobile technology, iPad skills. - Calendars and general internet capabilities, as well as company software. - Math skills. - Organization skills. - Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills. - Ability to quickly build rapport and trust. Requirements - High school diploma or its equivalency. Work Conditions - Remote work from home. - 90-95% sitting down. - Computer use is prevalent, along with telephone. - Work schedule will vary based on business needs, but will generally be 1/2 days Monday-Friday and possibly additional hours.
