Role Description Creative is the biggest lever for user acquisition at Roamless - and right now, we don't have a dedicated function for it. We're operating across multiple languages, two product lines, and a growing roster of creators and agencies. The creative strategy layer is missing. That's what you'll own. You'll own the performance creative function: - The testing roadmap - The creator and agency roster - The brief-to-launch pipeline - The feedback loop that turns performance data into better creatives, week over week The KPI is simple - find the scalable creative. Everything else is in service of that. You'll work closely with our paid ads team on the performance side, and with our brand team on visual and copy alignment. You'll report to the Director of Growth. What you will do: - Own the creative testing pipeline - Analyze creative performance data (CTR, IPM, CPI, CPA, hook rate, hold rate) across Meta, TikTok, and Google to identify what's winning and why - Build and maintain a weekly testing cadence - generate hypotheses, ship new variations, read results, repeat - Stay on top of UGC trends and platform-native formats to keep our creative output fresh and relevant - Source, brief, and manage UGC creators and agencies - Source and manage UGC creators and agencies end-to-end - from outreach and RFPs to ongoing relationships - Own contract negotiations and SLA reviews with agencies; ensure clear deliverables, timelines, and revision terms - Write performance-optimized briefs and scripts with strong hooks, clear value props, and compelling CTAs - Own quality control on every video deliverable - typos, logo placement, safe zones, on-brand visuals - Bridge performance and brand - Brief the brand team on static and video needs based on what the data tells you is working - Ensure visual and messaging coherence with Roamless brand guidelines across all performance creatives - Adapt scripts and concepts across product lines (data plans, Numbers/virtual SIMs) and markets - Self-serve on light production - Trim, caption, and iterate on raw assets using tools like CapCut, Runway, or HeyGen to ship test variants without bottlenecks - The bar isn't production polish; it's: can you get a test live independently? Qualifications - 2-5 years of experience in performance creative, UGC strategy, or creative strategy at a B2C digital product company - Proven experience sourcing and managing UGC agencies and individual creators end-to-end, including contract and SLA negotiation - A data-first mindset - Strong copywriting skills for mobile-first, direct-response content - Experience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager - Experience with an MMP (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular, or similar) - Solid project management skills - Startup mindset Requirements - Experience with AI-assisted creative tools (Runway, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, etc.) - Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Runway) - Experience with creative performance management platforms (Motion, Smartly) Benefits - Hardware you need to be most productive and a $500 budget for your home office - $1000 yearly budget for L&D (books, courses, conferences...) - Fully remote - the trust and flexibility that come with a fully-remote setup - Full-time local contract via EOR - Supportive, diverse, inclusive team
