StackAdaptStackAdapt is an advertising platform that delivers self-serve solutions that enable digital marketers and agencies to thrive. As an employer, the company has been recognized by Ad
Role Description What You'll Be Doing: - Workflow Immersion & Capacity Auditing: Shadow and study BA and PM workflows to build a precise map of where time is being spent — standup prep, status reporting, ticket creation, requirements drafting, cross-functional updates, documentation, and more. Quantify the time cost of each recurring task before deciding where to act. - Automation Engineering: Design and deploy automations that eliminate repetitive manual work: automated status summaries, AI-assisted requirements drafting, Jira/Confluence workflow triggers, meeting recaps, sprint reports, and handoff documentation. Every system you build should measurably return time to the team. - AI Tool Selection & Deployment: Leverage LLMs (Claude, GPT, Gemini), no-code tools (Workato, Zapier, n8n), and internal StackAdapt systems (Console, Ivy, Stackbots) to build intelligent agents and workflows. Evaluate new tools continuously and make fast, practical decisions about what to adopt. - Capacity Measurement & Reporting: Define and track capacity KPIs for the BA and PM teams. Report on time reclaimed, automation coverage, and workflow efficiency. Make the impact of your work visible and quantifiable to leadership. - Process Redesign: Work alongside BAs and PMs to redesign the underlying structure of recurring workflows — not just automate what exists, but challenge whether the process itself should exist in its current form. - Human-in-the-Loop Quality Design: Identify where AI outputs need human validation and build review checkpoints into automated workflows. Maintain quality standards while pushing automation boundaries. - Enablement & Change Management: Roll out new tools and workflows to the BA and PM teams. Train on adoption, gather feedback, and iterate. The system only works if the team uses it. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Operations Analyst, or Business Systems role, ideally in a high-growth technology company. - Hands-on experience building automations using tools like Workato, Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n, or equivalent. You have shipped automations in production, not just designed them on paper. - Practical experience working with LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to build workflows, agents, or AI-assisted tools. You know what these systems are good at and where they fail. - Comfort with lightweight technical work: reading and writing basic scripts (Python, JavaScript), querying data with SQL, configuring API integrations. You are not a full-stack developer, but you can get things working without waiting for an engineer. - Strong analytical instinct for separating high-leverage automation opportunities from low-ROI noise. You prioritize by impact, not by ease. - Familiarity with the BA/PM toolkit: Jira, Confluence, Smartsheets project tracking, requirements documentation, sprint planning. You understand the work you are automating. - Ability to translate technical designs into plain language for non-technical stakeholders, and to align engineers and executives on the same roadmap. Requirements - The compensation range listed for this role reflects the expected base salary for candidates located in Ontario, Canada. It is informed by market data and the approved budget for this position. - This range represents base salary only. Depending on the role, candidates may also be eligible for additional compensation such as annual bonuses, commissions, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits package. - Factors Influencing Final Compensation: - The final compensation offer will be determined by a variety of factors, which may include, but are not limited to: the candidate's specific experience, technical skills, knowledge, abilities, and relevant education, licensure, and certifications. - Other business factors, such as organizational needs and budget alignment, may also be considered in the final offer. - Ontario Salary Band: $95,000 — $135,000 CAD Benefits - Highly competitive salary - Retirement/ 401K/ Pension Savings globally - Competitive Paid time off packages including birthday's off! - Access to a comprehensive mental health care program - Health benefits from day one of employment - Work from home reimbursements - Optional global WeWork membership for those who want a change from their home office and hubs in London and Toronto - Robust training and onboarding program - Coverage and support of personal development initiatives (conferences, courses, books etc) - Access to StackAdapt programmatic courses and certifications to support continuous learning - An awesome parental leave program - A friendly, welcoming, and supportive culture - Our social and team events!
