Role Description We are seeking a GenAI Enterprise Architect to lead the design and governance of enterprise-scale AI, Generative AI, and agentic platforms. This is a strategic architecture role responsible for defining target-state AI architecture, establishing standards, and ensuring AI adoption aligns with business strategy, risk, and regulatory requirements. You will enable AI as a core enterprise capability—not a set of isolated tools. Location: Remote Duration: 6 months Key Responsibilities: - Define enterprise AI architecture strategy, standards, and target-state models - Architect AI platforms across Azure OpenAI, Microsoft AI Foundry, M365 Copilot, and third-party LLM providers - Establish patterns for agentic systems, multi-agent orchestration, and human-in-the-loop controls - Design and govern RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and AI-ready data ecosystems - Lead Copilot extensibility architecture (plugins, Graph connectors, integrations) - Embed Responsible AI, security, privacy, and regulatory controls into all solutions - Drive architecture governance, review boards, and enterprise standards - Partner with engineering to ensure scalable, production-ready implementations Qualifications - 7+ years in enterprise/solution architecture or AI/ML engineering - 3+ years hands-on with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Studio, or Microsoft AI Foundry - Experience designing cloud-based AI architectures (Azure, AWS, or GCP) - Proven track record integrating LLM/GenAI into enterprise systems at scale - Knowledge of M365 Copilot extensibility (Graph API, plugins, connectors) - Strong understanding of Responsible AI, data governance, and cybersecurity Requirements - Experience in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, etc.) - Hands-on experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases, and embeddings - Multi-model architecture experience (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) - Familiarity with AI governance frameworks (e.g., SR 11-7) - Certifications such as TOGAF or Azure Solutions Architect Benefits - High-impact, enterprise-wide AI transformation role - Opportunity to define AI strategy and architecture at scale - Work with cutting-edge GenAI, agentic systems, and intelligent platforms - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
