Nursing experience in breast surgery is a strong advantage. - Strong understanding of breast cancer care pathways and relevant clinical procedures within radiology or surgical environments. - Experience working in operating room or radiography settings, ideally with applications or clinical training responsibilities. - Confidence delivering engaging training sessions and clinical education to a variety of healthcare professionals. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical and clinical information clearly and effectively. - Advanced analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to gather customer feedback and clinical insights that may contribute to product improvements. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce and ERP systems such as Oracle is advantageous. - Knowledge of regulatory or accreditation requirements related to medical devices is beneficial. - Fluency in German and English essential.
