Working closely with leaders across Finance, GTM, Product, and Customer teams, you will translate complex data into clear, actionable insights, identifying opportunities, influencing strategy, and driving better commercial outcomes. Responsibilities - Build and own the analytics layer that powers commercial, financial, product, and customer decision-making at Reachdesk, partnering with Finance, GTM, Product, and Customer Operations. - Translate ambiguous business questions into clear analyses and recommendations, working directly with leaders to frame the problem, define the metric, deliver the insight, and follow it through to a decision. - Establish a defined set of trusted, executive-grade dashboards and reports across pipeline, retention, customer health, unit economics, operational performance. - Embed AI into your own workflow and help others across the organization do the same, using LLMs and modern tooling to accelerate exploration, automate recurring analysis, and generate narratives. - Run deep-dive analyses on commercial performance across win rates, segment economics, NRR drivers, sourcing margins, gifting attach rates, sales productivity. - Support Finance and the executive team with board-ready analyses, cohort views, and variance commentary. - Champion data quality and definitions across the business, raising your hand when numbers disagree. - Build self-serve analytics where it makes sense, lifting the routine reporting burden off your plate and the business. - Develop a forward-looking analytics roadmap including what we measure, how we measure it, and where AI changes the workflow. Qualifications - 4+ years in an analytics, insights, BI, or strategic-finance role in a fast-paced commercial environment, ideally B2B SaaS or a comparable subscription business. - Strong SQL and confident working across modern BI tooling (Zoho Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, or similar). - Track record of partnering directly with senior business stakeholders to define the question, deliver the analysis, and influence the decision. - Practical fluency using LLMs and modern AI tooling day-to-day. - Genuine commercial intuition: ability to read a P&L, talk through a sales funnel, and reason about retention, unit economics, and segment performance. - High standards for metric definitions, lineage, and the discipline required to keep numbers trustworthy. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong sense of ownership and bias to action; comfortable operating with autonomy and ambiguity. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in a PE-backed, high-growth SaaS business with monthly board and lender reporting cadences. - Exposure to multi-stream revenue models (SaaS combined with services, sourcing, marketplace, or fulfilment). - Familiarity with the Reachdesk-relevant stack of Salesforce, NetSuite, Workato, and a modern BI layer or comparable enterprise tooling. - Hands-on experience deploying AI agents or analytical copilots in production. - Background blending finance and commercial analytics (FP&A, RevOps analytics, strategic finance). - Comfortable operating across time zones. Role Description The Centre for Research on Energy and Clean Air (CREA) is looking for a Europe-Russia Analyst to work on accelerating Europe’s clean energy transition and tracking CO2 emissions, whilst also supporting the team’s analysis of sanctions on Russian fossil fuels. The applicant would support the team with their current work tracking Russia’s fossil fuel exports, writing analysis on the impact of the sanctions, but they will also be a key member driving the team's new project to track the EU’s live CO2 emissions by country and by sector using the new database that our data scientists have built. This is a unique opportunity to join our project tracking Russia’s fossil fuel exports, analysing the impacts of sanctions, identifying loopholes, and providing policy advice to key decision-makers, whilst also being an important part of our new project to track the EU’s CO2 emissions. As part of our Europe-Russia Policy & Energy Analysis Team, you will develop reports and briefings on the trade in Russia’s fossil fuels, the impact of measures taken by importers, and investigate the trends and impacts of the energy crisis in Europe. Your main tasks will include using data and research findings to write engaging, well-communicated and accessible reports. Developing data visualisations and other products to communicate our research is also key. This diverse role will provide you with exposure to well-regarded media outlets and senior policy officials working in key decision-making institutions. Desirable but not essential experience: - Good command of Europe’s policy-making process. - Experience also working on sanctions is a strong bonus, too. - Networks within relevant NGOs, as well as contacts among journalists and policymakers working on the clean energy transition and decarbonisation, are a strong bonus. - Working in the European time zone is a preference.
