Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience as an SFMC Developer on enterprise-scale programs
- Strong command of AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, HTML, CSS and JavaScript in the SFMC context
- Proven experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio and Mobile Studio
- Experience integrating SFMC with CDPs (Treasure Data preferred), CRMs (Salesforce Sales / Service Cloud) and APIs
- Understanding of CRM and marketing automation principles: segmentation, personalisation, lifecycle marketing, deliverability
- Familiarity with consent management, data privacy (GDPR) and email best practices
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Detail-oriented, with a strong quality and ownership mindset
- Collaborative team player, able to work in an agile / Scrum setup with cross-functional peers
- Solution-oriented, comfortable troubleshooting complex data and integration issues.
- Eager to learn, with curiosity for evolving martech and AI-driven personalisation use cases.

Role Description Own the opportunity as a Cloud Architect and help ensure the mission is never interrupted. Salary Information The likely salary range for this position is $182,750 - $247,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
