• Backend Development: Work closely with the team to design, build, and maintain reliable backend services using Python, Django, and related technologies. • API Development: Create and evolve RESTful APIs to power our front-end and mobile applications and support integrations with third-party partners. • Performance & Optimization: Monitor, identify, and resolve bottlenecks to ensure fast, efficient, and scalable applications that deliver a smooth user experience. • Architecture & Design: Contribute to the technical architecture of our platform, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and robustness as the product evolves. • Security & Compliance: Implement and enforce best practices to guarantee the security and integrity of sensitive health data, in line with healthcare regulations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Back-end Developer
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Python
- Experience with Django, including Django REST framework
- Experience with relational databases, such as PostgreSQL
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Languages: French and English
