• Develop and manage strategic healthcare partnerships with health systems, integrated delivery networks, hospital networks, and complex provider organizations driving referrals and long-term integrations. • Create care management programs to drive repeatable referrals and create value for enterprise partnerships. • Own strategic accounts from identification through launch and growth, including account planning, stakeholder engagement, implementation coordination, and ongoing performance management. • Build and execute partnership strategies aligned to Dreem Health’s business priorities and long-term growth objectives. • Conduct market scans and partner assessments to identify, prioritize, and pursue high-value growth opportunities based on Dreem Health’s Channel and Partnership strategy or net-new opportunities. • Lead sourcing, evaluation, structuring, and negotiation to drive referral growth and patient volume by building scalable integrated referral pathways for sleep apnea diagnosis, treatment initiation, and long-term care management. • Depending on deal design, teams will partner cross-functionally with Clinical Operations, VP Provider Partnerships (Territory Managers), Product, Marketing, and Analytics to ensure successful partnership execution. • Establish governance and performance management processes for enterprise partnerships, including KPIs, dashboards, business reviews, and strategic partnership growth plans. • Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and operational challenges that may impact partnership launch, adoption, or long-term performance. • Translate market and partner feedback into improved partnership models, commercial playbooks, workflow enhancements, and scalable growth strategies.
• Lead the operational infrastructure that enables the care team to deliver exceptional care at scale. • Oversee day-to-day clinical operations supporting Nurse Practitioners, Physicians, and Sleep Technologists across all markets. • Ensure clinical protocols and standards established by Medical Directors are operationalized through scalable workflows, processes, and systems. • Develop and maintain provider capacity planning models to align clinical supply with projected patient demand. • Optimize provider staffing models, productivity, utilization, and workforce deployment strategies. • Partner with Finance and executive leadership on clinical workforce planning, budgeting, and cost-per-patient analysis. • Lead the teams and processes that connect patients, providers, diagnostics, and treatment. • Oversee care coordination operations and service delivery across the patient journey. • Establish and manage operational standards, and performance metrics. • Identify workflow inefficiencies, operational bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation and scale. • Develop repeatable processes and operating procedures that maintain quality and efficiency as patient volume grows. • Ensure seamless collaboration across clinical, operational, and support functions. • Own the conversion funnel from referral to treatment — and every drop-off point in between • Define and track experience metrics (NPS, contact resolution rate, time-to-resolution) and drive continuous improvement • Lead cross-functional analysis to investigate conversion gaps — working across CC, patient success, logistics, and clinical teams • Build robust feedback loops between patient-facing teams and care team/product/tech teams so insights translate into actions • Oversee operational performance related to home sleep testing and PAP therapy fulfillment. • Lead end-to-end logistics operations supporting diagnostic and treatment equipment. • Monitor and improve delivery, return, utilization, and cost-efficiency metrics. • Partner with vendors and supply chain partners to ensure operational reliability and scalability. • Ensure logistics performance supports clinical timelines and patient experience expectations. • Develop scalable processes to support growth while maintaining operational quality and cost discipline. • Serve as the bridge between clinical operations and company growth objectives. • Translate revenue goals and growth targets into operational requirements, staffing plans, and capacity forecasts. • Develop operational models supporting new markets and service offerings. • Build and maintain reporting frameworks that provide visibility into performance across all operational functions. • The Clinical Operations Director will directly lead a growing team across multiple functions. • This is a player-coach leadership role requiring both strategic vision and operational engagement. • Build, mentor, and develop high-performing leaders and teams. • Establish clear goals, performance expectations, and accountability frameworks. • Foster a culture grounded in collaboration, transparency, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. • Drive organizational alignment through effective communication and cross-functional partnership. • Develop organizational structures capable of supporting significant future growth.

• Backend Development: Work closely with the team to design, build, and maintain reliable backend services using Python, Django, and related technologies. • API Development: Create and evolve RESTful APIs to power our front-end and mobile applications and support integrations with third-party partners. • Performance & Optimization: Monitor, identify, and resolve bottlenecks to ensure fast, efficient, and scalable applications that deliver a smooth user experience. • Architecture & Design: Contribute to the technical architecture of our platform, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and robustness as the product evolves. • Security & Compliance: Implement and enforce best practices to guarantee the security and integrity of sensitive health data, in line with healthcare regulations.

• Build scalable systems for complex workflows: • Design products that improve how patients and internal teams move through critical workflows, from intake to care delivery to follow-up. • Create systems that scale operationally while staying simple and intuitive to use. • Improve processes through product, APIs, and automation: • Identify bottlenecks, failure points, and manual work across the patient journey and internal operations. • Translate them into product improvements, API-enabled capabilities, and automations, including AI when it is useful. • Own cross-functional execution on high-impact problems: • Lead product initiatives that sit across engineering, operations, billing, clinical teams, and business stakeholders. • Use data, operational signals, and business context to understand where the product and operating model break down. • Clarify goals, tradeoffs, dependencies, and execution plans in ambiguous environments. • Deliver intuitive, high-quality product experiences: • Partner with engineering and design to ship pragmatic solutions with strong usability and clear adoption paths. • Write clear product requirements, align stakeholders early, and support validation so new features work in practice, not only in theory. • Help shape the next generation of the product: • Contribute to the roadmap for areas where product, process, service design, and automation are deeply connected. • Bring a structured point of view on where better systems can unlock better patient experience and stronger business performance.
• You will own the prioritized Data & AI roadmap, organized around three pillars: scaling providers, automating patient support, and empowering internal teams with AI-powered tooling. • You will lead the design and rollout of AI features across the product and operations stack. • You will build and maintain the documentation layer that allows the team to scale without losing context.
• Run and oversee U.S. payroll (currently through Justworks PEO), ensuring accuracy and timeliness • Maintain employee records, I-9s, and employment documentation for Sunrise Inc. • Manage onboarding and offboarding workflows for U.S. employees • Ensure HR systems and documentation remain accurate and audit-ready • Serve as the internal resource for U.S. federal and multi-state employment law, including California and New York • Monitor regulatory changes and update policies, payroll, or processes as needed • Manage leave of absence cases, including FMLA, state leave programs, and parental leave • Ensure correct exempt / non-exempt classification and supporting documentation • Maintain U.S. employment policies, offer letters, and handbook content • Administer U.S. benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and FSA/HSA plans • Manage open enrollment end-to-end • Act as the primary point of contact for employee benefits questions • Partner with brokers and HR leadership to review and improve benefit offerings • Provide clear guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and processes • Translate complex legal or policy topics into practical, understandable information • Build and maintain simple, scalable HR processes • Support a consistent, high-quality employee experience through reliable operations
