Job Requirements

This role involves close collaboration with business, functional, and technical teams to provide scalable scheduling, dispatching, and mobility solutions that meet business requirements. - Design, develop, configure, and tailor Click Software solutions, including ClickSchedule, ClickMobile, ClickOptimize, and Click Field Service Edge. - Convert business and functional requirements into detailed technical specifications and system configurations. - Create and maintain Click rules, scripts, and system enhancements. - Develop and support integrations between Click Software and enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and billing platforms. - Assess scheduling, dispatch, and workforce optimization needs and recommend appropriate technical solutions. - Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and optimize performance within Click environments. - Assist with system upgrades, patch deployments, and the rollout of new features. - Work closely with project managers, functional analysts, and operations teams throughout implementation phases. - Provide production support by addressing incidents, defects, and enhancement requests. - Prepare and update technical documentation and support materials.
