Qualifications - Entre 2 y 5 años de experiencia gestionando proyectos SEO en entornos corporativos. - Al menos 1 año trabajando en proyectos de GEO. - Visión estratégica y buena capacidad de comunicación con cliente. - Dominio de SEO técnico, arquitectura web, indexación, rastreo y Core Web Vitals. - Conocimientos de GEO editorial y técnico y dominio estratégico sobre el trabajo en plataformas de LLMs. - Experiencia demostrada en planificación y optimización de contenidos editoriales orientados a negocio. - Conocimientos y experiencia en analítica web. - Capacidad analítica: interpretación de datos, síntesis estratégica y toma de decisiones basada en KPIs. - Manejo fluido de herramientas como Search Console, Screaming Frog, Semrush, Sistrix, Ahrefs y plataformas de LLMs. - Experiencia con GA4, Data Studio (Looker Studio) y APIs de visualización de datos. - Imprescindible uso de Excel y experiencia con BigQuery. Requirements - Liderar la estrategia SEO y GEO de proyectos: técnico, on-page, off-page, contenidos y performance. - Auditar y diagnosticar sitios web para detectar oportunidades de crecimiento orgánico y riesgos potenciales. - Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de SEO y GEO priorizadas, alineadas con objetivos de negocio y KPIs. - Coordinar y supervisar la implementación de recomendaciones SEO y GEP junto a equipos de desarrollo, diseño y contenidos. - Definir estrategias editoriales y optimizar contenidos para mejorar el posicionamiento, la captación y el engagement. - Impulsar iniciativas GEO: adaptación a motores de búsqueda con IA generativa, optimización para respuestas conversacionales y presencia LLMs, además de trabajo en experiencias de búsqueda asistida por IA. - Monitorizar competencia, tendencias y cambios algorítmicos, novedades en la performance de los LLMs, anticipando riesgos y proponiendo acciones estratégicas. - Elaborar informes, insights y presentaciones de alto nivel para stakeholders internos y clientes, que incluyan visualización de datos. - Proponer frameworks, metodologías y procesos que eleven el nivel estratégico y operativo del área SEO y GEO. Role Description The purpose of the Cybersecurity Analyst position is to support the entire Cybersecurity department, enterprise staff, and vendors for CommonSpirit Health. The Cybersecurity Analyst has an important responsibility to provide 24x7 threat and vulnerability triage and analysis of identity and security logs across the enterprise. This program is responsible for cyber security ticket response and investigation including: - Preparation, documentation, workflow, operational support, and coordination with other teammates and teams. - Assisting with eradication and recovery, and any necessary post-incident activities. - Providing Incident Response support when threats are confirmed. - Analyzing and responding to hardware and software issues and vulnerabilities. - Ensuring all user-reported issues to Security Operations are properly documented, managed, and investigated. - Acting as ‘security advisors’ to the organization and its associates. - Coordinating with Threat Intelligence and other Security Operations Analysts. - Helping teams contain or remediate cyber threats and vulnerabilities as needed.
