Workday System Administrator – Temporary

• Serve as a point of contact for Workday-related inquiries, troubleshooting and support escalations • Configure and maintain Workday modules • Work with the product team on the assessment, testing, support and facilitation of Workday releases including help to coordinate Organizational Change Management activities for software releases, fixes, and upgrades with technical teams and users for the product team. • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate processes and enhance system functionality to improve overall efficiency • Create and maintain detailed documentation of programs, systems and processes • Stay current with industry trends, best practices and new Workday releases to recommend and implement improvements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Human Resources or related field
- Workday certification is a plus
- At least 3 years of experience with Workday system administration, configuration and reporting
- Proficient in Workday modules including HCM Core, FDM, FIN and more
- Knowledge of Workday security, integrations, business processes and workflows
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and manage multiple tasks and projects
- Attention to detail, accuracy and quality
