• Manage, participate in, and lead the work of a team of technical writers. • Support the design, development, preparation, and maintenance of technical content including processes, workflows, standards, operating models, user manuals, tutorials, policies, business schedules, technical documentation, etc. • Lead, develop, and grow a team of high-performing technical writers. • Being a key decision maker on documentation templates, documentation management, standardization, organization, security processes, and archiving to ensure compliance with corporate quality standards. • Ensuring documentation work is tracked to meet milestone dates and internal or external deliverables. • Evaluating business cases for external documentation and developing a strategy and a team to support as applicable. • Ensure creation of and adherence to standardization and documentation quality standards (including consistency, branding, adherence to a style guide, etc.) by all technical writers on the team. This may require review and editing or staffing team with an editor. • Define and own execution of technical writing mechanisms, including intake, prioritization, execution, and reporting processes.

• Lead complex documentation projects and create high-quality user guides and related publications for RUO and IVD/CE-IVD instruments, assays, reagents, and software systems • Work closely with scientists, engineers, quality, regulatory, and product teams to translate complex sequencing technologies and clinical studies into high-quality documentation for internal and external stakeholders • Collect, analyze, and synthesize information from a wide variety of technical and scientific sources and translate it into clear, concise, and user-focused documentation • Author, edit, and maintain documentation supporting clinical sequencing products and workflows, including user guides, technical manuals, SOPs, and internal process documentation • Serve as a strong advocate for clarity, consistency, and usability of technical content in cross-functional program team meetings • Lead documentation-related decision-making for product commercialization, including coordination with legal, regulatory, quality, graphics, style standards, translations, and document control functions • Collaborate with subject matter experts across R&D, bioinformatics, software, quality, regulatory affairs, manufacturing, and product management to ensure technical accuracy and compliance • Manage multiple documentation projects or workstreams, including schedules, priorities, dependencies, and deliverables • Ensure documentation aligns with applicable regulatory and quality requirements and supports audits, submissions and inspections • Train, mentor, and coach other writers within the Technical Communications team; contribute to documentation standards, templates and best practices • Stay current with life sciences industry standards, regulatory expectations, and competitor documentation practices to continuously improve content quality and effectiveness

• Write high-quality content, including blog posts, documentation, and tutorials • Facilitate changelog creation and help the team follow the same voice/tone • Develop demos to showcase the power of React Email and Resend • Increase brand awareness by keeping our social media channels active • Plan writing projects that include customer stories and SEO/GEO optimization • Be customer zero and provide feedback on new things before they are released

• Tell the technical story of Dropbox’s product suite, in a way that enables all customers to get the most out of their Dropbox experience. • Create technical user guides tailored to key departmental use cases (e.g., engineering, support), enabling customers, Customer Success Managers (CSMs), and CX support agents to drive successful product adoption, implementation, and growth. • Conduct stakeholder and subject matter expert (SME) interviews as part of the discovery phase of content development. • Manage stakeholder review cycles, setting and managing timeline expectations, and discerning what is actionable feedback and applying updates to content. • Participate in audits and research to drive case studies around ideal customer profile (ICP) to target areas of impact.
