Your expertise will bridge the gap between sales and client needs, ensuring technical alignment and business value at every stage. You will architect and present scalable Microsoft cloud solutions, articulate the unique value of F12’s offerings, and collaborate across teams to deliver successful outcomes for clients and the business. This role demands deep technical knowledge, exceptional communication, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders in high-stakes, client-facing environments. Responsibilities - Actively lead sales discovery calls with prospective enterprise clients, uncovering technical requirements, business objectives, and pain points to ensure F12’s solutions are precisely aligned and differentiated. - Collaborate with the sales team to rigorously assess technical fit, solution feasibility, and client readiness, enabling accurate forecasting, prioritization, and rapid pipeline progression. - Serve as the technical bridge during early-stage engagements, translating complex client needs into actionable Microsoft cloud solution designs and providing real-time guidance to accelerate deal advancement. - Architect and deliver sophisticated, scalable solutions tailored to the unique challenges of enterprise clients, with a primary focus on the Microsoft cloud stack and related capabilities across identity, collaboration, security, compliance, endpoint, and AI. - Develop comprehensive, enterprise-grade documentation for each opportunity, ensuring seamless handoff to project operations to enable effective execution (including Microsoft architecture decisions, assumptions, dependencies, licensing considerations, and operational support requirements). - Partner with product development, operations, and executive stakeholders to validate solution feasibility, scalability, and strategic alignment with F12’s enterprise capabilities. - Co-create and execute high-impact sales strategies, relentlessly pursuing ambitious targets for enterprise account acquisition, expansion, and long-term partnership. - Lead technical enablement initiatives, delivering expert training and ongoing support to empower the sales organization for enterprise success. - Spearhead responses to complex RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, crafting proposals that are competitive, compelling, and tailored to enterprise requirements. - Serve as the trusted SME for enterprise technology, maintaining deep, current knowledge of F12’s Microsoft cloud offerings and roadmap, to inform strategy and client engagements. Qualifications - Hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications preferred. - Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure, Microsoft 365, Security/Identity, or related) are strongly weighted. - Bring 7+ years in enterprise presales, solutions architecture, or technical consulting within large, complex technology environments. - Demonstrate deep hands-on expertise in Microsoft cloud architecture and operations across Microsoft 365 and Azure, including identity (Microsoft Entra), security (Microsoft Defender), compliance/data protection (Microsoft Purview), AI (Copilot), and endpoint management (Microsoft Intune), and defend designs live in executive-level sessions. - Excel in client-facing discovery, qualification, and proposal shaping—communicate technical and business value clearly, negotiate trade-offs, and advance deals with senior stakeholders. - Show a record of anticipating enterprise needs and converting insight into differentiated solutions that move opportunities from discovery to close. - Manage multiple high-stakes pursuits simultaneously, maintaining velocity, accuracy, and crisp documentation from discovery through handoff. - Apply creative, structured problem solving grounded in current standards, best practices, and regulatory frameworks for enterprise IT and managed services. Benefits - Three weeks vacation plus extra Flex Days, leadership development opportunities, growth coaching, and reimbursements for educational advancement and certifications. - Health Spending Account or RRSP matching, extended health care, dental and vision coverage, disability and life insurance, and an employee assistance program. - Tuition reimbursement, paid time off, on-site parking, high-class office amenities, and company events.
