The Client Care Representatives are our brand ambassadors, providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers (our plan members, medical providers, and our regional sales and service offices). While most of the time is spent handling incoming telephone calls, you will also respond to email inquiries. Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a FL Telemedicine Physician. The Telemedicine Physician will be responsible for providing virtual medical consultations to patients in Florida. Role Description The role of the Collector is to collect on past due accounts on behalf of Cadex’s clients in a manner that ensures maximum revenue generation through successful collections, excellent service, and the highest quality standards.
