• Design, build, and maintain core features of MetricFlow, including metric definitions, query compilation, dimensional modeling, and SQL generation across multiple data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Redshift, and others). • Own MetricFlow as an open-source project — triage issues, review external pull requests, manage releases, and engage the community on GitHub and in Slack. • Collaborate with engineers across dbt Cloud, dbt Core, and the Semantic Layer service to ensure MetricFlow integrates seamlessly with the rest of the dbt ecosystem. • Improve performance, reliability, and observability of metric query execution at scale. • Partner with product, design, and developer-relations teammates to translate customer and community feedback into shipped improvements. • Write clear technical documentation, RFCs, and design docs that raise the bar for how the team thinks and ships. • Mentor other engineers through code review, pairing, and technical guidance.

Role Description As Senior Consultant in our Digital Workplace Practice, you will play a key role in advising clients on the design, implementation, and optimization of digital workplace solutions. Leveraging your expertise in collaboration technologies, user experience design, and change management, you will help clients create modern, productive, and secure digital environments that enhance employee engagement and enable flexible work models. Your insights and recommendations will drive the success of digital workplace initiatives and contribute to the transformation of our clients' organizations. - Lead collaboration with clients to understand their business objectives, organizational culture, and workforce needs related to digital workplace transformation. - Conduct assessments, workshops, and interviews to gather requirements, identify pain points, and assess current state capabilities across collaboration, communication, and productivity tools. - Analyze findings and develop tailored recommendations, strategies, and roadmaps for digital workplace initiatives aligned with client goals and industry best practices. - Design end-to-end digital workplace solutions, encompassing collaboration platforms, messaging tools, document management systems, and employee experience enhancements. - Define solution architectures, integration requirements, and technical specifications based on client requirements, vendor capabilities, and industry standards. - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and solution partners to evaluate technology options, conduct proofs of concept, and develop implementation plans for digital workplace projects. - Lead or support implementation projects, working closely with technical teams, vendors, and partners to deploy digital workplace solutions according to project timelines and requirements. - Configure, customize, and integrate collaboration tools, intranet portals, and productivity applications to meet client specifications and user needs. - Provide guidance and support to project teams, resolving technical issues, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful delivery of digital workplace projects. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - 5-8 years of experience in consulting roles, digital workplace projects, or related areas such as collaboration solutions, user experience design, or change management. - Experience with Microsoft Modern Work Stack products. - Experience with Microsoft 365 Migration tools, specifically Quest and AvePoint. - Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Security products, specifically Intune. - Experience with SharePoint and workflow migrations, a plus. - Relevant certifications, a plus. • Define and maintain performant, scalable data models in the data warehouse, with a focus on reliability, reusability, and documentation • Partner with Platform and Data Engineering to build and monitor scalable data pipelines in production • Serve as a technical authority on data modeling standards, tooling choices, and engineering best practices across the analytics function • Translate ambiguous business needs into clean, well-scoped data products — from one-time analyses to production-grade dashboards • Advocate for and drive adoption of industry best practices • Define the organization's experimentation standards: what constitutes a well-designed study, how results are interpreted, and how findings are documented and shared • Design and execute experiments — hypothesis testing, data analysis, A/B tests, quasi-experiments, and observational studies — in partnership with Operations, Marketing, and Product stakeholders • Evaluate, select, and implement the experimentation stack — prioritizing open-source and low-overhead tooling that can mature with the practice • Bring statistical rigor to ambiguous questions: help teams move from "we want to know if X works" to a study design that can actually answer that question • Communicate findings to non-technical audiences with clarity, including Senior Leadership and external partners
