This role serves as the interoperability program manager and API lead, while also supporting the business execution data team. This position is responsible for driving enterprise-wide alignment on interoperability requirements mandated by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and ensuring organizational compliance with CMS interoperability mandates. The Launchpad Program Manager oversees the distribution of nearly $500,000 in awards to students annually, advises students on the application process, builds relationships with employers, monitors student progress, and supports their career education through these experiential learning opportunities.
