Graphic Design Intern
Lyons Magnus
• Supports the mission, values and vision of the company. • Maintains the best interest of Lyons Magnus first and foremost. • Work with employees of Lyons Magnus in a positive and constructive manner to maintain a professional relationship. • Demonstrates courtesy, discretion, friendliness and diplomacy. • Works within a team environment to share information and help others as needed. • Design sell sheets, product one-pagers, and trade presentation decks for the sales team • Create Amazon A+ content modules, listing infographics, and product call-out graphics • Produce packaging inserts, retail point-of-sale materials, and new product launch assets • Support internal and external presentation design as directed by the Senior Brand Manager • Design static and animated content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn • Create website banners, hero images, email header graphics, and digital ad units • Develop reusable templates for recurring content and resize master creative across platform specs • Assist with influencer and partnership asset requests as needed • Edit and retouch product and lifestyle photography for use across all channels • Maintain and organize shared asset libraries so files are easy to find and consistently named • Review creative across channels for brand consistency and flag discrepancies to the team
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign at minimum
- Strong foundational design skills: typography, layout, color, and hierarchy
- Ability to work within established brand guidelines and adapt style across formats
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously
- Clear communicator who can take and apply feedback quickly
- Experience with motion graphics or animation (After Effects, Canva video, or similar)
- Familiarity with Figma or web-based design tools
- Prior internship, freelance, or coursework experience producing assets for consumer brands
- Interest in food, nutrition, healthcare, or CPG industries
- Basic photo editing and retouching skills.
