Role Description We’re looking for a Senior Business Development Manager who thrives on building relationships, driving revenue, and executing growth strategies that scale. If you’re part strategist, part deal-closer, and passionate about travel, this is your chance to play a key role in our expansion. - Drive Strategic Growth - Lead the full sales lifecycle — from identifying opportunities with travel agencies and advisors to closing deals and nurturing long-term partnerships. - Develop and execute growth strategies that expand our presence across the travel industry. - Build High-Value Partnerships - Cultivate relationships with travel advisors, agencies, and key partners. - Expand account portfolios while strengthening engagement with existing partners. - Support & Enable Success - Assist with onboarding and training new travel advisors, helping them maximize Project Expedition’s offerings. - Own Key Accounts - Act as the primary point of contact for major partners, resolving issues, managing escalations, and ensuring a best-in-class client experience. - Collaborate Across Teams - Work closely with Product, Support, and internal teams to improve client experiences and advocate for product enhancements based on feedback. - Represent the Brand - Attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings (approximately one week of travel per month, including occasional weekends). Qualifications - 2-4 years of business development experience with a track record of driving growth and strategic initiatives. - Strong sales and partnership-building skills. - A strategic mindset with the ability to turn opportunities into measurable results. - Experience collaborating across teams and advocating for client needs. - Exceptional problem-solving and relationship management skills. - Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities. Requirements - Fluent in English (written and spoken). - Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for business. - Flexible schedule to accommodate travel, events, and partner needs.
