Wasserman
• Support the Operations department of THE·TEAM’s Team Sports division. • Scan, file, and track Talent tax forms. • Prepare expense reports and assist with obtaining receipts as needed. • Prepare client payment summaries. • Review contracts and prepare summaries. • Assist Client Services team with projects as needed. • Various administration duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Degree currently in progress, preferably majoring in a sports-related field.
- Exceptional Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Well-developed communication, organizational and time management skills, as well as basic administrative skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment and to manage multiple priorities and strict deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
- Displays indications of being loyal and trustworthy with the organization and clients.
- Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills.
- Time commitment expectation of 15-20 hours per week.
- Must be able to earn college credit for internship.
