Role Description The Director, IT Project Manager is responsible for leading complex, cross‑functional technology projects from initiation through delivery. This role partners closely with business and technical stakeholders to define scope, build plans, manage risks, and ensure solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience. - 5–7+ years of experience managing IT projects, including large, complex, and/or multi‑year initiatives. - Proven track record delivering projects on time, within budget, and in alignment with business objectives. - Experience with both traditional (Waterfall) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid). - Strong understanding of enterprise IT concepts (e.g., applications, databases, integrations/APIs, data lakes, networking, cloud, security). - Demonstrated experience managing third‑party vendors and system integrators. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, including with senior leadership. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
