Product Marketing Manager

Astrix Security

• Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing plans that align with overall business objectives and drive product adoption and revenue growth. • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product positioning, messaging, and differentiation. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, and marketing to develop go-to-market strategies and launch plans for new products and features. • Create compelling and differentiated product messaging and content tailored to target audiences across various channels including website, sales collateral, presentations, and digital marketing campaigns. • Develop and maintain sales enablement tools and materials including product guides, playbooks, and training sessions to empower the sales team and partners to effectively sell Oasis Security solutions. • Drive thought leadership initiatives by creating content such as whitepapers, blogs, and webinars to educate prospects, customers, and the broader cybersecurity community. • Analyze key metrics and performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or STEM; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing within the cybersecurity or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity and enterprise Saas products, with the ability to translate technical features into compelling value propositions for non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create persuasive content and present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and optimize marketing performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Self-starter with a passion for innovation and a willingness to take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
