Senior Retail Manager – Licensing & Retail

FIFA

• Manage assigned FIFA retail and eCommerce accounts independently or under supervision • Pro-active contribution to the overall FIFA retail strategy providing ongoing strategic input and recommendations to drive sales and revenue, and the consumer journey • Account management (incl contractual T&Cs, rights and obligations) of FIFA’s retail operators • Plan and manage the product assortment and buy for FIFA retail channels together with retail operators to ensure best in class assortment • Identify the product opportunities and drive the product development with licensing managers to ensure event & 365 retail and eCommerce needs are met • Work with FIFA cross-functional teams to coordinate product collection releases, promotions, storytelling, marketing campaigns and consumer engagement initiatives • Manage and plan the product roll-out calendar and marketing calendar for FIFA retail channels • Manage specific licensing & retail projects, including DTR projects as directed • Support the licensing & retail team in managing FIFA licensees in relation to FIFA retail opportunities and needs • Works closely and proactively with the L&R controller to ensure all projects are measured and tracked to drive data-based decisions and recommendations and financial remunerations are accurately recorded, processed and invoiced • Oversee market benchmarking and monitor unauthorised FIFA IP product & retail activities

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar or related role
  • Experience in assortment planning or buying across DTC/retail & ecommerce
  • Experience in sports or fashion brands is an asset
  • Project management experience is an asset
  • Demonstrable experience in retail marketing is an asset
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Economics, Management or other relevant degree
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficient in Word / PowerPoint
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience in working with planning tools and systems is a plus
  • Highly organized and capable of setting priorities
  • Results oriented but understand the bigger picture
  • Solid knowledge of the retail and ecommerce landscape in addition to the sports licensed business and its key players
  • Highly analytical and capable of translating data into useful insights
  • Excellent team player
  • Able to work to hard deadlines
  • Stress resilient and able to work in a very dynamic environment

This role will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of environmental, land use, and permitting strategies for solar PV, battery energy storage projects, and other electrical infrastructure across the US with an emphasis in California.
