Title: Media Performance Analytics Analyst Location: Plantation, FL United States Hybrid time type Full time job requisition id R2309 Job Description: The Gig: The Analyst of Media Performance Analytics supports the measurement and optimization of performance marketing campaigns. This role transforms campaign data into clear insights that drive tactical decisions and improve efficiency across digital channels. You will work closely with Media and Marketing teams to ensure performance reporting is accurate, timely, and actionable. Please note that this is a contracted position. This gig is based at VVHQ - our swanky Virgin Voyages Head Office in Plantation, FL where we follow a hybrid work environment. We can't wait to 'sea' you in person during our Collaboration Days, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, while you enjoy Mondays and Fridays' as remote days. What You Will Be Up To: - Monitor and report on campaign performance across paid social, search, display, and affiliate platforms. - Maintain dashboards and recurring reporting that track KPIs and pacing against targets. - Analyze trends and diagnose performance drivers, surfacing optimization opportunities. - Support structured A/B testing and measurement initiatives. - Collaborate with media managers to align reporting to campaign objectives. - Automate recurring reporting workflows to increase efficiency. Superpowers Required - Bachelor's degree required in a quantitative discipline preferred. - 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing analytics or media reporting. - Working knowledge of digital media KPIs and optimization levers. - Experience with Excel and data visualization tools required; SQL preferred. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: - Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. - Ability to translate data into concise, actionable insights. - Detail-oriented with high standards for data accuracy. - Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
