• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including timelines, scope, resources, risks and quality • Maintain open and transparent communication between Remsoft teams and client stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle • Develop, document and maintain project plans, policies and procedures that support consistent execution • Coordinate and direct the project’s day-to-day activities, ensuring adherence to approved plans and schedules • Analyze and evaluate change requests to scope, schedule or budget, assessing impacts before presenting to the client • Prepare and present regular project status reports, highlighting progress, milestones, risks and mitigation plans • Conduct status meetings and project review sessions to address issues, assess progress and support decision-making • Collaborate with cross-functional Remsoft teams and client partners to deliver high-quality products and outcomes • Lead project risk management and quality initiatives, proactively identifying and resolving issues • Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3–5 years of experience managing client-facing projects, preferably in software or technology environments
- Familiarity with project management tools (Jira or Wrike)
- Familiarity with collaboration and documentation tools (Microsoft 365)
- Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)

Role Description Room to Read is seeking a Book Publishing Project Lead to drive delivery of a children’s book publishing project in Senegal. This consulting role will lead coordination of local authors, illustrators, and publishers to develop and produce 10 French-language children’s storybooks for distribution in schools. Role Description GFT is seeking a Project Manager for our Buildings + Places Federal Market. This PM reports to the B+P Projects & Program Management Discipline Lead. This position manages all aspects of project execution including budget, scope, and schedule while leading the project delivery team. This PM is our primary POC for client engagement and is responsible for providing excellent customer service. Additionally, this position assists with identifying new federal business opportunities and leads project-level proposal development. This position can be remote. If selected, you will lead multi-disciplinary teams of architects and engineers through the full project lifecycle from inception to completion. You will be involved when the opportunity is identified, will lead proposal development and negotiations through award, will form and lead your project delivery team (PDT) through all phases of design/execution, and will continue to manage through construction completion to project close out. Role Description Responsible for ensuring quality and compliance of activities related to the construction, building and commissioning on customer site, from site mobilization, through civil, erection and commissioning work.
