• Represent Peterson on-site at customer locations during delivery, installation, and commissioning of equipment sold • Schedule and direct regular meetings with subcontractors and customers/owners to track project progress • Consistently manage project documents including permits/approvals, certified payroll, project schedules, and site safety guidelines • Partner with customers and engage with key stakeholders to meet customer goals • Provide technical support and work/cost estimates to the Sales team • Coordinate all project logistics including equipment orders and shipping • Act as primary liaison between Peterson and the customer for the duration of a project • Ensure project quality control and coordinate all on-site activities • Perform project invoicing, progress billing, and cost/profit projection

Job Description Peterson Power Systems has a need for a Project Manager 3 who will be based remotely in the state of Ohio. SUMMARY The Project Manager 3 is responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction and project profitability by ensuring the quality, on-time, within-budget delivery of projects. This position oversees, directs, coordinates, and evaluates day-to-day project activities, working closely with various internal and external stakeholders to execute the delivery of scope of work sold by Peterson Power Systems in accordance with project contract documents. This position is dedicated to large, complex, and long-duration projects with a high degree of "design/build" engineering, on-site customer interaction, and extended periods of travel. Typical project is large data center, large engineering and construction firm, or marine ship building and/or repower where significant on site time is required. Operate company or personal vehicle as needed. Maintain regular, punctual, and predictable attendance. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree from a fully accredited college in Business or other closely related field; and a minimum of five (5) years of directly related experience in project management in the construction industry; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Maintain a valid motor vehicle operator’s license and a satisfactory driving record.
