Senior Associate will be responsible for supporting the processes assigned providing general guidance to the Team and supporting the process assigned to meet objectives. Responsibilities: - Perform day-to-day activities of the Inventory team. - Prepare monthly journal entries as needed - Perform period-end financial close activities and meet all related deadlines - Manage processes to facilitate the review of the upper management as an effort to guarantee financial statements accuracy. - Ensure the Inventory and Cost accounts are accurately reflected for USGAAP and local statutory accounting. - Ensure high quality for the Balance Sheet reconciliation for the process assigned Support internal and external audit requirements. - Support internal and external audits regarding audit management and issue remediation Experience, Skills, Knowledge: - Bachelor's degree in Finance / Accounting or University Bachelor Student - Cost & Inventories, GRIR & GINI Accounting. - Proficiency in Excel. - Minimum 3+ years of related accounting experience required. - Advance level in Business/Accounting English (required). - Experience in SAP. - Ability to work in culturally diverse teams - Strong verbal and written communication skills We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package (private healthcare and insurance, Meal allowance, Parking, corporate events for employees) Asociación solidarista. In the role of Project Accountant II, we'll count on you to: - Work autonomously on client invoicing, collections management and project budgeting, as well as backup assistance on coding and processing A/P, time sheets, and expense reports - Accurately contract documentation, administration and maintenance, including fee and budget entry - Work with section and project personnel to provide timely contract performance data and resolve financial issues - Coordinate the project accounting system within the department and work with technical staff to ensure compliance with contractual requirements - Assist multiple project managers and staff on a daily basis - Mentor junior project accountants as needed - Perform other duties as needed Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Accounting Upon completion of initial training and subject to operational needs, this position may be approved to work remotely up to 1.5 days per week.
