Qualifications - BA/BS degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field. - Proven track record of success managing high-priority projects and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Experience interpreting performance metrics (CTR, engagement) to optimize design decisions and drive audience action. - A portfolio showcasing abilities relating to visual storytelling, platform-specific requirements (aspect ratios, safe zones), and interactive media for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook. - Grasp of design fundamentals (typography, color theory, composition) and a keen eye for emerging trends to ensure brand-consistent, best in class content. - Ability to translate complex brand messages into compelling narratives and troubleshoot design challenges. - Adept in Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, and Figma, with a solid understanding of the full art production and graphic editing process. - Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to push the boundaries of creative production. - Meticulousness to ensure all visuals are pixel-perfect, error-free, and consistent with brand guidelines across different devices and platforms. - Ability to pivot quickly in response to platform updates, new features, and shifting priorities without losing momentum. Preferred Qualifications - Social media design experience within a high-volume social agency, rapid-response brand team, or digital newsroom. - Skills in Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and Photoshop for design; ability to provide creative direction for video templates. - Experience working directly with creators/influencers or personal experience managing a social following to drive authentic engagement. - Familiarity with the B2B marketing and digital marketing landscape. Compensation & Benefits - This full-time role offers a salary of $130,000 - $155,000 depending on experience. - Comprehensive medical coverage with 3 different plans to fit your needs, and 100% of the employee medical premium covered by ASG. - Discounts on health and wellness programs, plus savings on travel and more. - Voluntary benefits including disability, accident, critical illness insurance, and pet insurance. - Employee Assistance Program offering counseling, financial coaching, and more. - Paid time off to relax and recharge. - Additional benefits to help you plan for the future, like life insurance and 401k.
