• Conduct elicitation, analysis and specification of functional requirements; • Translate business needs into clear rules and functional behaviors; • Assess functional impacts on service flows and channels; • Ensure traceability between requirements, development and testing; • Support the definition of acceptance criteria; • Collaborate with business, technology and customer service (SAC) teams; • Understand customer service journeys (human and automated), including chatbot flows; • Support quality activities, such as planning and execution of tests (functional, regression, UAT and exploratory).
Job Requirements
- Experience with elicitation and analysis of functional requirements;
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum);
- Experience interfacing with the business;
- Knowledge of customer service workflows;
- Experience with chatbots and conversational journeys.
- Desired:
- Experience with functional testing and QA strategies;
- Knowledge of BDD (Gherkin) for writing scenarios;
- Experience with API testing (Postman or Insomnia);
- Knowledge of SQL for validations;
- Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira;
- Knowledge of test strategies and techniques;
- Experience in functional QA.

• Test both apps on all supported devices (iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch). • Create new issues on our project management platform. • Write test cases and testing-related documentation. • Coordination with the rest of the team to ensure both apps are properly tested. • Quality assurance and testing of our two apps. Being able to find bugs, reproduce reported issues, test new features. • Ensure the UI is build in accordance to the design mockups and prototypes. • Testing will be done on real devices and the Xcode Simulator on the Mac. • Coordinate with translators to ensure proper localisation testing.
