Role Description The QA Specialist plays an integral role in the review process as they are responsible for communicating with the customer, reviewer, and management to ensure a completed report is delivered by the customer requested due date. The QA Specialist is responsible for the timely completion and overall completeness of a reviewer report. Completeness is determined by customer requirements, company best practices, and clinical accuracy. In addition, the QA Specialist participates in improving DS processes and works with the Manager to ensure high efficiencies are achieved. Qualifications - An Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. • Test both apps on all supported devices (iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch). • Create new issues on our project management platform. • Write test cases and testing-related documentation. • Coordination with the rest of the team to ensure both apps are properly tested. • Quality assurance and testing of our two apps. Being able to find bugs, reproduce reported issues, test new features. • Ensure the UI is build in accordance to the design mockups and prototypes. • Testing will be done on real devices and the Xcode Simulator on the Mac. • Coordinate with translators to ensure proper localisation testing.

• Software testing and close collaboration with the client and the development team • Manual software testing of web applications • Creation of test cases • Documentation (e.g. user manual) • Support and 3rd-level service desk • Communication with developers and business analysts.
