Mobile QA Engineer/Tester

• Test both apps on all supported devices (iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch). • Create new issues on our project management platform. • Write test cases and testing-related documentation. • Coordination with the rest of the team to ensure both apps are properly tested. • Quality assurance and testing of our two apps. Being able to find bugs, reproduce reported issues, test new features. • Ensure the UI is build in accordance to the design mockups and prototypes. • Testing will be done on real devices and the Xcode Simulator on the Mac. • Coordinate with translators to ensure proper localisation testing.
Job Requirements
- At least one year of experience in testing mobile applications for iOS.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with testing methodologies and types (exploratory, regression, focused etc.)
- Proficient use of the English language.
- Proficient in usage of MacOS and iOS
- This position requires working on a Mac. (Please do not apply if you are a Windows user.)
- References from previous employers in written or spoken form may be required.
- This position requires that you have the basic equipment for testing (MacBook, iMac or Mac Mini)

Role Description The Business Analyst and Quality Assurance Consultant supports functional analysis, testing, and release readiness activities for Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud applications. This role combines hands-on business analysis with quality assurance responsibilities, supporting HR, Payroll, and Benefits processes during an active Oracle HCM Cloud implementation. The position requires strong functional expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud and experience testing SaaS applications, including Oracle quarterly updates. Key Responsibilities - Business Analysis - Partner with HR, Payroll, and Benefits stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements. - Translate business needs into functional specifications, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria. - Serve as a functional subject matter expert for Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Management. - Support user acceptance testing by assisting stakeholders and clarifying expected system behavior. - Quality Assurance & Testing - Participate in test planning activities for Oracle HCM Cloud quarterly updates, patches, and major releases. - Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases. - Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing. - Validate application behavior against business requirements and acceptance criteria. - Document, track, and communicate defects, risks, and test results. - Release Readiness & Delivery Support - Support release readiness assessments and production deployment validation. - Assist with regression testing related to Oracle quarterly updates. - Provide clear status reporting on testing progress, risks, and outcomes. - Ensure alignment between functional requirements, test coverage, and deployment readiness.
