Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Information Systems, Business, Statistics, or related field. - 6-8 years of experience in HR analytics, reporting, data audit, or workforce analytics. - Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, data validation). - Experience working with HRIS systems (Workday, Dayforce, etc.). - Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI. - Strong data visualization and storytelling capability.
