Role Description Client Onboarding Associates own the day-to-day execution of client onboarding for Treasury and Cash Management, advancing requests with speed, precision, and follow-through. This role requires: - Prompt acknowledgment - Polished communication - Accurate recordkeeping - Consistent coordination with clients, internal teams, and banking partners Associates handle routine workflows independently, determine next steps, and proactively drive open items to completion. Role Description The Contractor Onboarding Coordinator is a mission-critical role responsible for the rapid, compliant, and high-volume activation of all new 1099 Sales Representatives and Installer Candidates into the American Standard Home Services agent network. This position is responsible for ensuring that all required documentation is submitted, background screenings are completed and approved, licensing is verified, and all other regulatory compliance is validated before the contractor is activated. The Onboarding Coordinator must maintain and preserve the accuracy of all applicant records, including: - Contractor qualifications - Valid insurance - Valid licensing - Payment information - Other required legal documentation This is a critical role in the organization that requires strong organizational skills, uncompromising attention to detail, and a demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of applicants for different functions at the same time.
