Qualifications - 3+ years experience in Engineering leadership in the healthcare space, preferably in a startup. - Experience within our tech stack: AWS-hosted microservice architecture, Java/Springboot, React, PostgreSQL. - Experience implementing integrations between health systems and EHRs. - Experience with building and supporting cloud-hosted, microservice architectures. - A security-first mindset with application development and cloud infrastructure. - Expertise with modern development practices, such as automated testing, IaC, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, unit testing, and vulnerability scanning. - Recent experience and comfort with being an individual contributor.
