Third-Party Analyst
Mitratech
• Identify potential risk indicators related to data handling, access, services provided, geographic scope, subcontractors, resellers, partners, and vendor obligations. • Coordinate third-party intake and onboarding workflows for vendors, contractors, partners, resellers, and consultants. • Perform first-level review of agreements, Statements of Work (SOWs), amendments, and supporting documents. • Assist with risk assessments, due diligence collection, and documentation tracking. • Maintain third-party lifecycle records, including onboarding, renewals, amendments, ownership transfers, and off boarding. • Identify process gaps and recommend workflow improvements. • Assist in maintaining templates, intake standards, guidance materials, and governance procedures. • Support audit requests and internal reviews related to third-party onboarding and compliance. • Partner with Legal, Compliance, Security, Finance, Procurement, and HR to strengthen third-party governance maturity. • Support governance aligned to Mitratech’s TAP workflow and third-party lifecycle standards. • Support Enterprise Risk & Compliance (ERC) initiatives as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Relevant experience to be considered in place of formal education credits.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal operations, vendor management, procurement coordination, compliance operations, HR operations, contract administration, or governance-related functions.
- Must be able to work in a high-paced environment handling multiple tasks concurrently with great attention to detail with a process-oriented mindset.
- Ability to prioritize work based on urgency, risk, and business impact.
- Strong written and oral communication to various stakeholders, including senior and executive level leaders, strong command of the English language as relates to proper grammar, punctuation and editing skills as required.
- Corporate legal or law firm experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- Strong reading comprehension skills, especially as they relate to legal documents.
- Experience coordinating with third parties is preferred.
- Proficiency in acting as a liaison between legal, HR, IT, accounting, and department managers.
- Must demonstrate the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality of project and business information at all times.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

ABOUT THE ROLE The Schedule Analyst supports development, analytics and management of Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) schedules for a determined portfolio of work as per existing standards in Microsoft Projects / Primavera P6. This position coordinates with the project stakeholders (Field supervision, Project Management teams, Scheduling Department teams and corporate resources to develop detailed, resource-loaded (Critical Path Methodology) CPM schedules alongside production and is responsible for reporting out on schedule performance analytics, KPI’s and incurred or potential impacts using existing standards set up for schedule management. - Interface/maintain communication with project stakeholders (including Job walks, other CEI departments) on all planning and scheduling related items and functions including report requirements, performance updates, impacts, etc. (Corporate Presets & Standards - Proficient in Schedule Management concepts & tool application (MS Projects/P6) for project performance and resource forecasting - Develop project life cycle (Bid to Close-out) specific scheduling reports implementing scheduling EVM concepts and tools. - Represent company in project coordination meetings BID Phase: - Able to read GC schedules to identify electrical activities. Read basic electrical drawings. Baseline/Planning Phase: - Develops resource loaded schedules utilizing durations, logic, and install rate data input from CEI estimates, databases, and other project team resources in Microsoft Projects / Primavera P6 - Able to generate existing CEI Corporate standards specific reports & identify CEI process deviation. Execution/Monitor & Control Phase: - Overlay project schedule updates provided by internal & external customers with CEI baseline schedules to identify and report on schedule impacts; update CEI schedules maintaining ‘as-built’ to baseline schedule analytics - Analyze and report on schedule performance including earned value management, labor rate tracking, cash flow analysis and projections using existing schedule management standards - Monitor, document and provide feedback on production rates to assist in the management and upkeep of estimating data and metric ABOUT YOU The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling concepts and analytics implementation, ensuring seamless project timelines and efficiency. They must be comfortable using scheduling tools such as MS Projects and/or Primavera P6 and possess strong proficiency in data management. Role Description Fetch is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Billing Analyst to support and strengthen our Financial Operations team. This role applies developing professional expertise to manage and execute complex billing activities while adhering to company policies and procedures. The Senior Billing Analyst works on problems of moderate scope, requiring analysis across contracts, usage data, billing systems, and financial records. This individual exercises judgment within established policies and procedures, partners closely with cross-functional teams, and contributes to process improvements that enhance billing accuracy, cash flow predictability, and operational scalability. This role operates with some oversight and guidance, receiving general instructions on routine work and more detailed direction on new or complex assignments. The ideal candidate is open to learning, comfortable with ambiguity, and motivated to grow within a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States. Responsibilities - Interpret complex revenue generating agreements, including revenue share, usage-based billing, prebills, credits, true-ups, and custom pricing structures. - Support the setup, maintenance, and optimization of billing configurations, schedules, and partner-level preferences within Fetch’s billing system. - Perform account reconciliations to validate billed amounts against system data, contractual terms, and financial records. - Ensure billing data accuracy, completeness, and integrity across systems to support reliable AR balances and cash forecasting. - Follow company accounting and billing policies to meet audit standards, financial controls, and compliance requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and with external Partners to gather billing inputs, resolve discrepancies, and improve end-to-end billing execution. - Maintain and update billing-related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, accuracy, and scalability. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in billing, revenue operations, accounting, or financial operations. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Experience supporting month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes and audit preparation. - Proficiency in Excel, including basic formulas and analytical tools. - Experience working with ERP, billing, or AR systems.
