• Lead technical direction and execution across the whole solution team and guide delivery from design to rollout. • Translate architecture into clear implementation decisions and enforce engineering discipline. • Implementation and evolution of backend services and using AI-augmented development. • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers. • Own implementation quality, consistency, maintainability, and adherence to best practices. • Define and enforce engineering standards for observability, alerting, logging, tracing, resilience, rollback readiness, and production support. • Coordinate and improve monitoring, alerting, logging, issues resolution, and operational reporting using the current toolchain. • Work closely with product, QA, DevOps, mobile, and IoT engineers. • Troubleshoot complex issues, support incident resolution, and contribute to rollout and stabilization activities. • Help the team understand and manage the end-to-end system flow. • Act as the technical owner connecting architecture, engineering, and day-to-day delivery. • Lead backend engineering with strict operational targets for uptime, data integrity, quality, stability, test coverage, processing latency, release stability, security, and incident response. • Ensure infrastructure efficiency and backend cost awareness across AWS/GCP-dependent systems. • Maintain technical documentation, technical decision records, runbooks, onboarding materials, and secure SDLC practices.
