Role Description As the B2B Global AI & Data Product owner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the AI and data strategy for B2B Europe footprint. You will work closely with commercial and IT teams to develop standardized data products and a common AI framework, while enabling an AI and Agentic AI marketplace to accelerate reuse and value creation across countries. Responsibilities - Be the owner of the global AI Acceleration vision in B2B Europe, driving the strategy and building the required data foundation for the implementation of AI use cases in the markets. - Identify and prioritize high impact B2B AI Use Cases connected to business goals, needs and opportunities and facilitate creation of an AI/Agentic AI marketplace for the European operations. - Work with commercial and IT teams to establish and drive the adoption of a harmonized set of data products required for the delivery of the AI use cases, as well as for the setting up of a common AI development framework. - Manage the B2B AI Acceleration Program – governance, community building, stakeholder management. Qualifications - A university degree in a relevant field. - 8+ years of experience working with AI models and data. - Very good understanding of the telecom industry and B2B products and services. - Proven experience working in international environments, managing stakeholders from multiple organizations and building topic centered communities. - Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal (fluency required). - Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts, technologies and solutions. - Experience working with data models, data products and creation of data requirements. Role Description At Nebius Academy we're building a hands-on online course for experienced mobile developers on the practical use of Cursor and other AI coding tools in professional mobile development workflows. As the Instructor, you will lead interactive live sessions that go beyond passive learning — empowering engineers to apply AI tools critically and effectively in real-world mobile development contexts. What you will do: - Prepare practical workshop scenarios and training materials for Golang using Cursor and other AI coding tools, in collaboration with our Instructional Designer. - Conduct live, interactive training sessions and workshops. - Develop reusable materials: code snippets, prompt libraries, challenge tasks, and reference guides. - Review and incorporate feedback from learners to continuously improve session design. - Work with the curriculum team to ensure strong alignment between asynchronous and live content. - Communicate with students during the Q&A session. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with strong proficiency in Golang. - Background in fintech (payments, banking, card systems, or adjacent domains). - Hands-on experience with Cursor and/or Claude Code in real development workflows. - Comfort with system design, testing strategies, and developer tooling. - Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable, engaging learning experiences. - Russian language (some of our students speak Russian). - Excellent spoken English and clear technical communication. - Confident, collaborative, and audience-oriented facilitation style. - Background in developer advocacy, tech leadership, or engineering mentorship. - Strong preparation habits and time management.
