• Build and execute a scalable acquisition strategy focused on organic, community-led, and guerrilla initiatives within AI and developer ecosystems • Own the end-to-end acquisition of X new active users per month, ensuring sustainable DAU growth and conversion into paying users • Track and optimise the full acquisition funnel (traffic → activation → DAU → paid), improving CAC efficiency and unit economics • Grow product presence and engagement across social media, blogs, and niche dev/AI communities (Reddit, Discord, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.) through organic content, community participation, and influencer collaborations • Manage outsourced promo content production (videos, reviews, product demos), ensuring quality and timely delivery • Own the marketing budget: allocate resources efficiently to maximise ROI without unnecessary burn • Collaborate closely with the product team to align acquisition efforts with onboarding, activation, and monetisation insights • Stay on top of trends in AI, developer tools, and AI-driven communities
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a track record of launching and scaling new tech products (IT, AI, or tech startups preferred)
- Proven ability to drive user acquisition and growth through guerrilla, community-led, and organic strategies while efficiently managing lean budgets
- Experience collaborating with influencers and creators in AI, developer, or tech niches, including sourcing, negotiating, and measuring impact
- Familiarity with developer/AI communities (Reddit, Discord, X/Twitter, Telegram, etc.) and understanding of their dynamics
- Ability to think strategically and execute hands-on — from sourcing contractors to launching campaigns
- Strong analytical skills to track, optimise, and iterate acquisition funnels, ensuring acquisition KPIs
- Genuine interest in AI, developer tools, and innovative tech products
- Fluent English (minimum B2+) for influencer outreach, content creation, and international collaboration
- Fluent Russian (minimum C1) for internal team communication
