Role Description As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will use your data expertise to help departments throughout the company with analytics needs. These projects are wide ranging and could include anything from finance and collections to telematics and fleet data. - Become a technical data and reporting expert in a variety of areas to refine and troubleshoot reporting requirements working across teams and domains. - Build complex queries and data models based on reporting requirements with minimal errors. - Produce and support dashboards and reports used across the organization. - Use your strong development and analytical skills to ideate and solve business problems. Qualifications - Strong attention to detail and quality assurance process. - Knowledge of an analytical language like Python or R is a plus. - Proven ability to independently approach complex problems with curiosity and an analytical mindset. - Ability to adapt quickly, manage competing projects and challenge the status quo. - A keen understanding of data interpretation and the ability to swiftly extract key insights. - Must be qualified to work in the United States - we are not sponsoring any candidates at this time. Requirements - Bachelors degree, required. - At least 4 years of experience programming in SQL. - At least 4 years of experience designing business intelligence reports (e.g. Looker, PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.). Role Description The Senior Investor Reporting Analyst ensures investor reporting activities, balances, payments, and related reporting are completed in a controlled, timely, and accurate manner across all investor portfolios, including private investors and government-sponsored enterprises (GSEs). Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Prepare accurate reports and remit funds in accordance with investor guidelines (including daily, monthly, and interim reporting and remitting obligations), including: - Reconcile actual activity to reported activity. - Validate loan resolution data reports against modification agreements to ensure accurate adjustments on interim and monthly remittance reports. - Prepare interim reports and remit funds associated with payoffs, short sales, and other interim events. - Perform pool-to-security reconciliations and cash testing. - Establish and maintain pool headers in the MSP servicing system. - Ensure advances are made accurately and on time. - Process monthly fees, including interest loss from payoffs and curtailments and investor-guaranty fees. - Research, resolve, and document variances in investor reporting applications and systems (e.g., MSP, internal reporting systems, Freddie Mac Portal, Fannie Mae Portal, and Ginnie Mae Portal). - Maintain supporting documentation and track all trailing adjustments from various sources for timely investor reporting within the required month. - Support bank reconciliation staff with custodial account balancing. - Monitor P&I custodial accounts to prevent overdrafts. - Build and maintain effective working relationships with investor reporting and remitting counterparts. - Compile and reconcile remittance reports for loans transferred from a prior servicer during the transition of servicing to Selene. - Create and maintain detailed written procedures for each investor. - Review new servicing agreements to confirm compliance with reporting and remitting requirements. - Prepare reports required by regulatory agencies. - Respond to internal and external audit requests and support related audit activities.
